1. General Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between the ppvpi online gaming platform ("ppvpi", "Platform", "we") and users of this platform ("you", "user").

ppvpi provides a safe, trustworthy and entertaining platform for online gaming and sports betting users in Bangladesh. Our platform offers live casino, slot games, cricket and other sports betting.

These terms are written in Bengali and will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. If any part of these terms is unclear, please contact our support team. By continuing to use the platform you are considered to have accepted the latest version of these terms.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the ppvpi platform. This platform is open only to users aged 21 and above. ppvpi reserves the right to verify your age and may request identification documents if necessary.

2.2 Registration Process

To open an account on the platform you must provide accurate and complete information. At the time of registration you must confirm that:

• All information provided is true, accurate and up to date.
• You have only one account and will not create multiple accounts.
• You are not opening an account on behalf of another person or using another person's identity.
• You are using your own payment method.

2.3 Verification

ppvpi reserves the right to verify your identity, age and payment details at any time. Your account may be restricted until verification is complete.

3. Account Management

3.1 Password and Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. If you suspect that someone has accessed your account without authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately.

You are responsible for all activity carried out using your login details.

3.2 Single Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are created, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses will be forfeited.

3.3 Updating Account Information

If your contact details, payment method or any other important information changes, please update your account immediately. ppvpi will not be responsible for any issues arising from outdated or incorrect information.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit

To deposit funds into ppvpi we support the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (three hundred taka) by any method.

• Deposit amounts will be credited to your account immediately.
• You must use a payment account registered in your own name only.
• Third-party payments are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals may be put on hold if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• Withdrawals may be held for review if suspicious activity is detected.

4.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions on ppvpi are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). No currency conversion charges apply.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. A 25x wagering requirement applies to this bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The following rules apply when a bonus is accepted:

• The bonus amount cannot be withdrawn before it has been wagered 25 times.
• Specific games may contribute to wagering requirements at different rates.
• There is a set time limit to complete the wagering requirement. If the requirement is not met within the time limit the bonus will be cancelled.
• A maximum bet amount from the bonus balance may be set.

5.3 VIP Program

ppvpi has four VIP levels:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Through regular and active gaming you can gradually advance to higher VIP levels. Each level comes with specific benefits and cashback rewards.

5.4 Promotional Abuse

Abuse of bonuses or promotions (such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, hedging strategies, etc.) is prohibited. If such activity is detected, all bonuses and related winnings will be forfeited.

6. Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play

ppvpi follows a fair play policy. All games on our platform are operated using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fair and unbiased outcomes.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a technical error causes an abnormal game result, ppvpi reserves the right to void that round and refund the bet amount. Winnings resulting from a technical error are not valid.

6.3 Disconnection

If your internet connection is lost during a game, the game will be settled according to the last state recorded on our server. It is the user's responsibility to ensure a stable internet connection.

6.4 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits are set for each game and can be seen in the relevant game interface. ppvpi reserves the right to temporarily adjust the betting limits of any user for specific reasons.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Using automated software, bots or artificial intelligence to play games.
• Collusion (playing fraudulently in coordination with other players).
• Hacking or attempting unauthorised access to the platform's software or systems.
• Using fake or stolen payment information.
• Exploiting game vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Deceiving third parties in the name or identity of ppvpi.
• Assisting minors in using an account.

Involvement in any of the prohibited activities above will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all deposits and winnings, and legal action where necessary.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Financial Loss

Users must be aware of the possibility of losing money through gaming. ppvpi is not liable for any direct or indirect financial loss resulting from gaming activity.

8.2 Technical Disruptions

ppvpi is not responsible for temporary disruptions to the platform caused by server maintenance, internet outages, natural disasters or any other reason. In such situations an attempt will be made to refund bets on games that were in progress.

8.3 Third-Party Services

Payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) and game providers are third parties. ppvpi is not directly responsible for disruptions or errors in their services.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

11. Account Closure

11.1 At the User's Request

You may request to close your account at any time through our support team. Before closing your account please ensure that all applicable wagering requirements have been met and any remaining balance has been withdrawn.

11.2 At ppvpi's Initiative

ppvpi may temporarily suspend or permanently close your account for the following reasons:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Investigation related to financial crime (such as money laundering).
• Responsible gaming concerns.
• Direction from a legal or regulatory authority.
